If both parties are represented by attorneys, then please use this schedule mediation link. Once a date and time are selected for mediation, Steve (or his staff) will efile a Notice of Mediation Conference and email the Court a proposed Order Referring Parties to Mediation.
Note: if only one party is represented by an attorney and the other party is pro se, then please do not schedule mediation unless the Court has first appointed Steve to serve as mediator AND the pro se party is part of the scheduling process.
