To get started as a new or potential divorce client, please follow the instructions set forth below.
1. Before proceeding further, please check your computer to make sure you have Adobe Reader installed. You can test by left clicking —>Adobe Reader Test Page. If Adobe Reader is not installed on your computer, then you can download it by left clicking —>Adobe Reader.
2. To download and complete the New Client Information Sheet follow these steps…
First step. Download a New Client Information Sheet and save the blank New Client Information Sheet to your hard drive.
IMPORTANT NOTE: It is easy to mistakenly open the New Client Information Sheet in your browser (Chrome, Explorer, Firefox or Safari) or in Apple “Preview” mode. If this happens, the New Client Information Sheet may appear to be working properly, but it isn’t. You must fill out the New Client Information Sheet only in Adobe Reader. So, please make sure to save the blank New Client Information Sheet to your hard drive before typing on it.
Second step. Open Adobe Reader.
Third step. Using Adobe Reader, open and complete the saved version of the New Client Information Sheet. Although typed responses are preferred. You may handwrite your answers if that is more convenient for you.
